Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5-6 business days for delivery in the United States and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location). 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

For orders within the United States, applicable Sales Tax will be calculated at checkout. Since we ship from our domestic facilities, you will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees. For international orders outside the USA, customers are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes incurred at the destination.
